Om 100% zeker te zijn van een scherm zonder dode pixels bieden wij je een "Dode pixelverzekering". Mocht het scherm van uw monitor of notebook een dode pixel bevatten, dan ruilen wij dat scherm om voor een nieuw exemplaar. Deze verzekering geldt tot 30 dagen na je aankoop.
Vrijwel alle LCD schermen die door de grote fabrikanten voor consumenten worden gemaakt vallen in klasse 2. Een monitor in deze klasse mag niet meer dan 2 dode pixels of 5 dode subpixels bevatten per miljoen aantal pixels. Zo bevat een full HD monitor bijvoorbeeld ruim 2 miljoen pixels en dient er in dit geval sprake te zijn voor 4 dode pixels of 10 dode subpixels.
